How can we bring more women and diverse perspectives into Danish entrepreneurship?

That question forms the foundation of the Inspiring Diversity Network, led in close collaboration with Women in Tech, Dansk Erhverv, InTech Founders, Soho House and with support from Industriens Fond. The network is part of the broader initiative Inspiring Diversity in AI and Cybersecurity.

The Inspiring Diversity Network is a community for tech entrepreneurs where diversity drives innovation and growth.

Here, founders, investors, advisors, and ecosystem partners come together to exchange ideas, share knowledge, and build meaningful connections across industries and backgrounds.

Each event features inspiring talks from female founders and role models, exploring themes such as AI, cybersecurity, entrepreneurship, funding, and scaling — with a focus on how diversity creates value, resilience, and a competitive advantage in startups and scale-ups.

Goal

To build a strong and inclusive entrepreneurial community in Copenhagen that brings together experienced investors and founders with the next generation of entrepreneurs and with diversity at the core.
